About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Change Leader to join our Finance Global Process Office team at BAE Systems. As the Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the business change, engagement, communications, and training approach for the Finance GPO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the business change, engagement, communications, and training approach for the Finance GPO
  • Represent business change on all relevant GPO, Finance and Business governance forums
  • Provide status reporting on the design and delivery of business change initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed stakeholder engagement & communication plans
  • Develop change strategies that align with established BAES Business Change and Capability Centre ways of working
  • Monitor the effectiveness of business change interventions and ongoing levels of business change readiness
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end business change programmes
  • Demonstrated understanding in the application of recognised Business Change Management theory and methodologies
  • Experience designing and building Change Frameworks and toolkits
  • Good understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
