About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Digital Business Analyst to spearhead our ambitious Coventry Connects and Digital Workplace initiatives. These programs are designed to revolutionize service delivery within the Council and for its residents, leveraging the power of digital technology to create more efficient, cost-effective, and user-centric experiences.
Reporting directly to the Digital Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of four talented Digital Business Analysts, guiding them in their contributions to these transformative programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital service delivery within Coventry City Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all business analysis activities across both programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop comprehensive solutions that meet user expectations.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, prioritizing the needs and experiences of our residents and Council staff.
- Manage and mentor your team of Digital Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and best practices, incorporating them into our strategies and solutions.
