About the Role

We Are Adam is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our People team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the project management element of our people programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver HR projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring timely transition from project phase to business as usual.
  • Develop and implement pragmatic solutions based on best practice principles, with a focus on user-friendly and effective change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering HR transformation within complex business environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
