Job Title: Head of Business Transformation - Finance Global Process Office
Location: Flexible, with some travel required to collaborate with the wider team.
Salary: £85,000 + depending on experience, plus executive benefits.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Leader to join our Finance Global Process Office team. As the Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the business transformation, engagement, communications, and training approach for the Finance GPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies that align with established BAE Systems Business Change and Capability Centre ways of working.
- Represent business transformation on all relevant GPO, Finance, and Business governance forums.
- Provide status reporting on the design and delivery of business transformation initiatives.
- Work with the GPO leadership to develop and maintain detailed stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Develop change strategies that align with established BAE Systems Business Change and Capability Centre ways of working.
- Monitor the effectiveness of business transformation interventions and ongoing levels of business transformation readiness across the GPO change landscape.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end business transformation finance programmes.
- Demonstrated understanding of recognised Business Change Management theory and methodologies.
- Experience designing and building Change Frameworks and toolkits.
- Good understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Working understanding of high-level finance business processes.
