Experienced Administrative Assistant

West Riding Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to cover Maternity Leave in our Earls Crom Business Hub, WR8 9DF area. This temporary opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work with a dynamic team.
Job Summary:
An experienced Administrator is required to provide essential support to our Client's office operations, covering day-to-day duties, sales counter management, customer service, and administrative tasks.
About You:
- Previous administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Able to convey a positive attitude towards staff and customers
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to work additional hours during busy periods
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be paid £11.55 per hour (weekly pay). As this is a temporary opportunity, please note that benefits may vary.
Working Hours:
The role will involve working Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1630. We require a flexible individual who can adapt to changing business requirements.
