Business Support Administrator

**Business Support Administrator, Account Process Management (APM)** Sanderson Recruitment, Clifton Down, Bristol**
**£22,000 - £25,000 + bonus scheme**
You will enjoy direct contact with our clients, receiving first-hand information on new vacancies, processing interview requests, offers of employment, contract extensions and terminations and co-ordinate the efforts of your colleagues to deliver an outstanding service. You will have your own accounts to look after, and on occasion some shared accounts, so you need to be able to work autonomously but also be a team player and be prepared to assist others when required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collating and distributing new vacancy information, scheduling briefing calls, submitting CV’s
- Scheduling phone, video and in-person interviews for hiring managers
- Co-ordinating offers of employment, contract extensions and terminations
- Managing day to day queries, ensuring they are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
- Working towards service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards
- Recording data on relevant systems and databases and producing reports where applicable
- Attending internal and/or client calls to provide progress updates
**Required Skills Experience**
- Previous or current experience in a recruitment environment is preferable but not essential, we can provide all the training you will need to become a successful Account Process Manager
- Strong administration, prioritisation and organisation skills. You will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet, yet remain calm under pressure
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience of using software packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel, you will demonstrate a keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work
- Written and verbal communication skills, you will enjoy working with a variety of people and be comfortable communicating to customers and colleagues
