Director of Sales Operations

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Director to join our client's team in Ashford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives and developing strategies to improve sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with the senior management team to drive sales results.
- Train and develop the Sales Executive team to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure all online adverts meet company and manufacturer guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade and a strong understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000.
