A leading company in the motor trade is seeking a talented Sales Director to manage their main dealer site in Ashford. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and implementing processes to maximize sales revenue.
Main Tasks:- Lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve strong sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Manage used car stock levels to ensure the right vehicles are available for the local market.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade and a strong understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000.
