About the Role

The Brave Human Capital Group is seeking a skilled and ambitious Telesales Executive to support our business objectives by achieving small commercial telephone sales targets, optimising sales opportunities, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Tasks:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, securing insurance renewal dates and new quotations for the sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, contributing to enhanced Agency sales performance.
  • Evaluate areas of success and establish best practices across the new business development teams.
  • Maintain precise records for every customer interaction and contact, ensuring regular updates and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to trust and integrity, embodying our company values and ethos.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within the team and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are performed in compliance with external regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with the business development team to design and execute successful campaigns, meeting required call volumes and lead conversions.

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in targeted telesales/sales roles or appointment generator positions.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to leverage NFU Mutual systems effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at prioritising tasks and managing workload efficiently.
  • Superior teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle.

Our compensation package includes an attractive annual salary of £23,500, commensurate with industry standards and offering opportunities for career advancement.
