We are looking for an ambitious and driven Telecommunications Account Manager to join our team in Ashford, Kent. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop best practices across the new business development teams.
  • Demonstrate high values of trust, integrity, and professionalism, acting as a positive role model in line with the Agency's values and ethos.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, internal procedures, and local policies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record in sales or account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to effectively use NFU Mutual systems.
