About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Specialist to join our team at First Choice Staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, providing a safe and reliable transportation service from home to school and vice versa.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting children from their homes in the morning and dropping them off at school, before returning to collect them after school and taking them home. This role requires a high level of organization, time management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • To collect children from their homes and transport them to school and back again.
  • To maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the transportation service, communicating effectively with parents and staff as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full clean UK driving license with D1 entitlement, allowing you to drive a 17-seater minibus with passengers.
  • An enhanced clear DBS check.
  • Two satisfactory employment references.
  • Any other required vetting in order to work with children.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a generous annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits.
