**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Performance Director to lead our restaurant teams and drive business success. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with General Managers to achieve business objectives and maintain company standards.
