Marketing Operations Director

As a Marketing and Business Development Manager at our client, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing the company's brand presence. Your responsibilities will include leading a high-performance business development team, overseeing the sales pipeline, and developing an innovative social media strategy.

As a Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including PR initiatives, event planning, and digital marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with media outlets and community partners, and for identifying and managing key print advertising opportunities.
Requirements- Several years of experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute a SMART marketing strategy.
- A passion for digital marketing and social media, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Lead, engage, and motivate a high-performance business development team, setting clear goals and expectations while supporting their ongoing professional development.
- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring strong customer touchpoints and a healthy pipeline that drives new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy, enhancing our client's digital footprint and engagement.
- Identify and manage key print advertising opportunities with relevant publications, boosting brand awareness.
- Lead PR initiatives, fostering relationships with media outlets and community partners to promote corporate social responsibility and key external initiatives.
£32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
