About the Role

Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Grid & Energy Storage market efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our current portfolio and developing a strategy for future growth and diversification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Grid & Energy Storage market, including key clients, projects, programmes, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and own a market growth plan, including value propositions and partnerships to position Tony Gee strategically within the sector.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to realise market growth plan targets.
  • Identify, track, and maintain leads and enquiries, ensuring these are captured accurately in the market pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Power & Energy Director to lead business development and sector profile development, representing the company at key industry events.
  • Lead the production of bid responses with support from technical and business development teams.
  • Be responsible for the overall performance of projects within the market at a portfolio level, working with Project Directors, Project Engineers, and Technical Leads to ensure project objectives are achieved.
