About the Role

The Wellbeing Service is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Practitioner to join their team. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will work closely with clients to identify their support needs and provide tailored support to improve their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments to identify client support needs
  • Provide 1-2-1 and group/clinic sessions to support clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Wellbeing team to provide a comprehensive service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
