About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist mental health assessments and interventions to patients with acute mental health concerns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized intervention plans.
  • Provide psychological support to patients in crisis or with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and quality of clinical practice within the service.
  • Provide education and training to clinical staff and students.

Requirements:
