Mental Health Liaison Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. The successful candidate will work with patients over the age of 18 with acute mental health concerns or worsening of pre-existing conditions.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct holistic mental health assessments, administer personalized interventions, provide tailored treatment and support, and complete recovery-focused care plans with patients.
About the Role
This is a dynamic role that requires shift working, including nights, and flexibility to work various shift patterns. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, mental health nurses, and occupational therapists.

Person Specification
