Swim Instructor Role at Nuffield Health

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one lessons and group classes, with a focus on making the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting memberships and explaining the advantages of our facilities.
- Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs, with a focus on promoting water safety and fitness.
