About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our team at Achievers, a leading provider of employee experience solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by helping organizations transform their employee engagement strategies.

In this exciting role, you will leverage the Achievers Employee Experience Platform to guide Enterprise and Large global clients (10,000+ employees) across EMEA foster a culture of recognition and performance. Your expertise in complex software sales, particularly in the HR tech space, will empower you to demonstrate how Achievers' solutions—spanning recognition, rewards, feedback, and engagement tools—can drive talent retention, productivity, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Manage a sales pipeline through different stages of the sales process, tracking interactions, and moving deals towards closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, sales goals, and customer needs.
  • Regularly update sales performance, forecasts, and progress against quotas to sales leadership.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech space.
  • A proven track record as a hunter with a keen passion for net-new sales.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects in sales cycles previously.
