Ashberry Recruitment is recruiting for an interim Team Manager to lead our children's service in Tameside, responsible for delivering high-quality services to vulnerable children and their families.
About the RoleThis senior leadership position involves managing a team of professionals, including Social Workers and a Senior Practitioner, and requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional services
- Chair strategy meetings and supervise personal plans with Social Workers, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Develop and implement staff training programs, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Prioritize and manage caseloads, ensuring timely progress and positive outcomes for children and families
The role involves a flexible working arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent in the office and a full week when the team is on duty, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £45.00 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding high-quality candidates and ensuring they are fairly compensated for their expertise and experience.
