Managment Team Administration Assistant

Our Established Client Based in Tameside are looking to Recruit an Outstanding Management Team Administration Assistant On a Permanent Basis.
Duties Include But not Limited to.
- Assisting in Maintaining Personnel Folders ( Paper and Electronic )
- Onboarding New Staff - Induction Packs - Induction sessions
- Book Training sessions as and when needed for Staff
- Ensuring all members of staff have a learning and Development Plan in place
- Make sure all Health and Safety fire marshals have everything up to date
- Make sure Health and safety Regulations are being followed at all times
- Annual Staff Appraisal's
- Must have Excellent Administration Experience
- Ideally Have Human Resource Experience - But not essential
- Have high degree of self Management - Ability to work within a team but also on your own
- Must have Great Attention to Detail
- Must have great problem solving skills

Salary between £24k - £26k Depending on experience

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
