Join Our Team:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Community Response Service as a Telehealthcare Support Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people in Tameside.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Administrative Support: Take messages, make telephone calls, and provide courteous responses to enquiries.
  • Offering Reception Services: Provide advice and support as necessary.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data and maintain effective admin systems.
  • Handling Stock Databases: Manage Community Response and Telehealth stock databases.
Working Hours and Benefits:

This is a 36-hour week position, Monday to Friday, with induction and training provided to develop skills and techniques for responding to vulnerable service users.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
