**EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our team based at Tameside Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £23,510.04 per annum and benefits package.**

Reporting to the Performance & Workflow Manager, you will ensure appropriate and accurate information is obtained from callers, correctly prioritised, inputted promptly and correctly onto Maximo system, assigned to Technical staff, completed within agreed timescales and collated for monthly performance reports.

**What will you deliver?**
- Input Job Requests from Security and Out of Hours Job Requests on Maximo
- Deal with queries from service users and provide feedback on job status
- Run daily reports from Maximo for Reactive Job Requests and Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs (PPMs) and issue to teams
- Raise purchase orders on Coupa system as required for the Technical and Management team
- Progressing and chasing works from Sub-Contractors in line with planned timescales
- Maintain records of sickness absence and other HR information for staff
- Provide monthly audit samples for Performance Monitoring as required
- Support the collation and reporting of Performance Monitoring Data
- Maintain stock levels of stationery and office supplies and raise orders within authorised limits
- Make bookings for Meeting Rooms for meetings and events and arrange any hospitality requirements
- Assist with booking travel and accommodation as required
- On-line ordering of refreshments from local supermarket
- Attend meetings, take, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and notices as required
- Attend mandatory training and participate in e-Learning sessions
- Maintain safe work area and report accidents or near misses to Assistant Performance Manager and incident reporting system
- Report any issues to the Performance & Workflow Manager and make recommendations on improvements to the service
- Collaborate and co-operate with work colleagues, representatives and users of the service to deliver a customer focussed service
- Contribute to the goals and aims of the organisation
- Support the organisation’s commitment to a Zero Harm environment
- From time to time, you may reasonably be required to support the Helpdesk Supervisor at Tameside General Hospital by providing a front-line Service Desk Service for Trust Clients. (All training will be provided).

**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working on a Helpdesk
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of working on Maximo or similar CAFM system (desired)
- Experience working within a hospital environment (desired).

This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
