Job Description

Social workers play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families. As a Children's Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers who work with looked-after children.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing a team and will be able to provide guidance, support, and supervision to social workers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of up to 7 social workers
  • Providing personal and child supervision
  • Offering support, advice, and guidance to team members

We are looking for an experienced social worker who is passionate about improving practice and delivering better outcomes for children.
