This entry-level position will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills, progressing and flourishing in a very successful and lucrative sector. Our client is rapidly expanding, always looking for Qualified Financial Advisers to add to their existing team to drive the company forward, resulting in a constant demand for good quality back office support.

About the Role
  • Scanning incoming post and distributing it to relevant staff members
  • Sorting through orphan post and passing it to the Sales Support Team for distribution
  • Franking outgoing post for all companies
  • Providing general assistance to clients over the phone and by email
  • Greeting clients on reception for meetings with Advisers
  • Collaborating closely with the rest of the business
  • Contacting clients when required
  • Updating the back-office system accordingly
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to self-manage and be proactive
  • Great communication skills

In return, we can offer a competitive salary of £19,000, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to develop/continue a long-term career within Financial Services.

Working hours: 9:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with length of service), Pension - 3% employee and 6% employer, Regular social events, and qualifications funded and supported by a professional external training company.
