Administrative Support Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic Financial Planning firm based in Norwich? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to join our growing team of professionals.
This entry-level position will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills, progressing and flourishing in a very successful and lucrative sector. Our client is rapidly expanding, always looking for Qualified Financial Advisers to add to their existing team to drive the company forward, resulting in a constant demand for good quality back office support.
About the Role- Scanning incoming post and distributing it to relevant staff members
- Sorting through orphan post and passing it to the Sales Support Team for distribution
- Franking outgoing post for all companies
- Providing general assistance to clients over the phone and by email
- Greeting clients on reception for meetings with Advisers
- Collaborating closely with the rest of the business
- Contacting clients when required
- Updating the back-office system accordingly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to self-manage and be proactive
- Great communication skills
In return, we can offer a competitive salary of £19,000, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to develop/continue a long-term career within Financial Services.
Working hours: 9:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with length of service), Pension - 3% employee and 6% employer, Regular social events, and qualifications funded and supported by a professional external training company.
