Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancing Professional to join our esteemed Residential Conveyancing team in Dorset. As a respected firm in the region, we offer a unique opportunity for a seasoned Residential Conveyancer to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who possesses a strong background in residential property law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, excellent administration skills, and the ability to prepare complex documents, including completion statements and stamp duty land tax forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Prepare and manage completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms, and post-completion matters
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in residential property law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with the Residential Conveyancing team to achieve exceptional results and provide exceptional client service
