About the Role

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files, ensuring timely completion and excellent client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in residential property law and conveyancing best practices
  • Prepare and review complex conveyancing documents, including completion statements and stamp duty land tax forms
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
