Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancing Professional to join our esteemed Residential Conveyancing team in Dorset. As a respected firm in the region, we offer a unique opportunity for a seasoned Residential Conveyancer to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Residential Conveyancer with a strong background in residential property law. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, the ability to prepare completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms, and handle post-completion matters. Additionally, they will be up-to-date with developments in residential property law and have prior experience in residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare completion statements and stamp duty land tax forms
  • Handle post-completion matters through to registration of title
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in residential property law
  • Work on a variety of residential conveyancing cases, including freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, shared ownership, and more
