About the Role:

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our esteemed Residential team in Dorset. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex residential conveyancing matters, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing files, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Provide expert advice on residential property law, including freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, shared ownership, and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in residential property law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
