About the Role

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their esteemed team in Dorset. As a key member of the Residential Property department, you will be responsible for handling complex residential conveyancing matters, working closely with the Partner and other team members to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing files, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Provide expert advice on residential property law, including Freehold & leasehold, sales & purchases, Shared ownership, and more
  • Collaborate with the Partner and team to develop and implement effective strategies for client management and file progression
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in residential property law, ensuring the team's expertise remains at the forefront of the industry
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility
What We Offer
  • Salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank holidays
  • Potential to agree a 4-day working week, subject to business needs
