Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancing Professional to join our esteemed Residential Conveyancing team in Dorset. As a respected firm, we pride ourselves on having one of the finest Residential teams in the region.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Residential Conveyancing Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Sales and purchases
  • Shared ownership
  • Auction sales and purchases
  • Mortgages and equity release
  • Granting of new leases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Lease extensions
  • Right to Buy
  • Help to Buy
  • Boundary disputes

Key Responsibilities

As a Conveyancing Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing completion statements and stamp duty land tax forms
  • Dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in residential property law
  • Providing exceptional client service and support
