About the Role

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their esteemed team in Dorset. This is a rare opportunity to become a valued member of a close-knit, collaborative team that values work-life balance and offers a stunning countryside office location.

The ideal candidate will possess prior residential conveyancing experience, excellent client management skills, and the ability to manage simultaneous residential files. They will be a team player who enjoys working in a busy environment and is committed to keeping up-to-date with developments in residential property law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms, and deal with post-completion matters through to registration of title
  • Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing cases, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in residential property law and conveyancing procedures
