Payroll Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Consensus. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing payrolls, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payrolls accurately and on time, including payroll checking and analysis.
- Liaise with the Fourth payroll bureau to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Monitor and respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Produce and present regular reports to senior management teams, including ad hoc requests.
- Process employee expenses, mileage claims, and contract changes.
- Manage employee data, including new starters, leavers, and changes to employee information.
- Ensure accurate payment of employee benefits, including maternity, paternity, and sick pay.
- Process monthly payments, including AEO, PAYE, and Personal Group.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly pension reports and Auto enrolment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
