Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing a full end-to-end payroll service, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our employees.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, investigating and resolving payroll issues, and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate payroll records for all employees
  • Investigate and resolve payroll issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements
  • GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience to degree level
  • NVQ level 3 in administration/secretarial or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Studies
