**How do you fit in?**

The role of HR Administrator is to assist the wider HR and Talent team in the provision of a comprehensive HR administration service relating to the employment lifecycle, supporting, and reflecting the organisation’s core values, aims and objectives.

**What you'll be doing day to day**
- Ensure all employment contract administration is maintained and up to date
- Conduct 121 HR induction meetings with new colleagues
- Ensure all colleagues have the necessary right to work checks
- Respond to reference requests for current or ex colleagues
- Administer, and support the Company reward and benefits schemes
- Provide administration support for employee relation and performance management cases
- Support the HR/Talent team in administering Company ATS system and recruitment process.
- Ensure the HR Database and other HR related systems accurately reflect all colleague terms and conditions
- Ensure that all payroll instructions are correct and updated in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to Finance
- Provide reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring colleague data and training
- HR database annual cleansing
- Support Finance with annual audit process in relation to HR queries
- Audit and review HR database and documents
- Identify system/process improvements to support greater automation and efficiencies
- Provide administration support across HR projects
- Manage HR inbox for escalations and queries

Experience within a HR related position/exposure to HR practices
