We are now seeking an **HR Adviser **to support the managers through the continued operational growth and transitions as we refurbish sites and expand.

As an **HR Adviser** you will work closely with the Head of HR to provide comprehensive HR support to all team and Hotel/ Site Managers, supporting operational and non-operational Human Resources related issues, including;
- Guiding Managers and team on Employee related matters
- Development and communication of policies and processes
- Training administration
- T&A reporting
- cross referencing rotas
- Administering new starters packs, offers and contracts and adding to Fourth (Workforce management system)
- Supporting and Coordinating the recruitment process
- Supporting aspects of Employee Relations (D&G +coaching), including note taking at meetings, supporting Chair and administration of letters of outcomes.
- Conducting initial investigations
- Liaising with apprentices, partners and administrating Apprenticeships
- Issue leaver information and collate Exit interview trends
- Preparing payroll
- Ensure comprehensive legal compliance on matters such as Right to Work.
- Assess and deliver all training needs in particular, achieving FLOW (training system) targets within the Hotels
- Supporting Head of HR in completing project work
- making recommendations, discussing upcoming ideas and trends, evaluating ways to continually improve employee experience, such as talent attraction, team engagement, health and welfare.
- Experience leading recruitment advertising, screening and interviews, or collating or administering payroll is highly advantageous._

As an **HR Adviser** you will be responsible for new starter onboarding and team information, - holding and hosting meetings to knowledge share and welcome our team. You will provide credible, reliable and consistent support in all employment related matters, including on exit too.

**Key Requirements for the Role**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven demonstrable HR experience, preferably within the Hospitality Sector or fast paced industry
- including advising on ER matters.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with flexibility.
- Experience using HR/ ATS or Workforce systems and issuing varied contracts of employments
- Multi-site experience advantageous
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel to other sites of the business
