To provide an effective, accurate and timely business support for the Provide Care Solutions Ltd across all services linking with React Homecare Ltd as required.

The post-holder will provide business administration ensuring areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Compliance are delivered in an efficient, effective and timely manner.

Carecall 24 7 is part of the Provide Group. Provide is a Community Interest Company (social enterprise) delivering a broad range of health and social care services in the community and are committed to making sure that they are safe,

responsive, and high quality. We work from a variety of community settings, such as community hospitals, community clinics, care homes, and primary care settings, as well as within people's homes to provide more than 40 services to children, families, and adults. We also offer some online services.

We deliver services across Essex, East Anglia, North Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, East Cheshire and Dorset. We have an income of approximately £70 million and serve communities with a total population of more than 7 million people.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure effective and efficient business administration processes are implemented and reviewed at regular intervals or when change dictates.
2. Work in partnership with HR Business Partner and Recruitment team to the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff across all services.
3. Liaise with Service managers with regards to the induction of new starters to the business.
4. Ensure Provide Care Solutions payroll is processed in accordance with payroll requirements meeting specified timescales, ensuring all staff are paid appropriately.
5. Liaise with appropriate departments/ organisations where necessary for any payroll queries that arise.
6. Ensure new staff are entered on to the staff management system appropriately.
7. Work in partnership with all Provide corporate services as required to support effective business management.
8. Liaise with Service Managers regarding Staff Training and Service User Information Compliance.
9. Support effective customer feedback processes across Provide Care Solutions Ltd and React Homecare Ltd.
10. Using the appropriate systems pull monthly performance reports for React and Provide Care solutions services and distribute as required
11. Support effective contractual reporting requirements.
12. Support training record completion across all services.
13. Support collection and collation of Performance data across Provide Care Solutions Ltd and React Homecare Ltd liaising with ethe Performance and Development Business manager.
14. Ensure agency invoices are checked and confirmed correct for payment to Provide Finance Team. where issues arise liaise with agency for clarification.
15. Undertake visits to services as necessary and appropriate.
16. Attend key meetings both internally and externally as required by the Provide Care solutions management team.
17. To ensure the Business coordinators roles within Calvern Care and React Homecare limited are covered for period of annual leave or other staff absence.
