We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support to join the Agency Team at Whybrow, part of the Beresfords Group, and undertake work throughout Essex.
Whybrow are specialists in commercial property based in Essex and are looking to further expand our team across the South East, East Anglia and Greater London. As professionals in Commercial property, we provide services in Commercial Lettings, Surveying, Valuations and Property Management for our client.

**Duties (including but not limited to)**:
- General administrative support to a lively, busy team
- Client and Tenant/Buyer file management and system Data Entry
- Credit Checking - Ensure the procedure is overseen and done correctly as done in-house by Accounts
- Audio Typing onto templates and ensuring these documents are turned around in a timely manner, in line with company KPIs
- Archive files that have been left by surveyors and keep the files in a correct order under compliance
- Telephony support of a high level - dealing with an array of clients and tenants
- Preparing reports for department weekly meetings and ensuring fully up to date
- Managing key releases as per surveyor instructions - keep the register in order with RICS compliance
**Essential Skills**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Previous experience in the commercial or residential property sector would be beneficial but not essential
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Interpersonal skills, with exceptional written & verbal communication.
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Problem solving skills
**Location**
Our main office is based in Colchester; however, we are looking to expand the team outside of the Colchester area across Essex.
**Salary & Benefits**
**£15,000 - £19,000 per annum**, depending on relevant experience plus generous incentive packages.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
