Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of Recruitment & Admin
- Create and post innovative and engaging Job adverts
- Deliver effective, timely and cost effective, non-discriminatory recruitment and selection processes
- Ensure legislation and best practice compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand local market competition and industry sector challenges / opportunities
- Identify and implement potential solutions to resourcing barriers / challenges
- Work with managers to identify upcoming recruitment requirements
- Be active and present in the local marketplace, attending events and using networking opportunities to develop brand awareness and build a good flow of passive applicants
- Maintain accurate administration of all recruitment and training processes, storing all data in line with data protection regulations
- Plan and coordinate staff to attend e-learning and classroom based training sessions and record details of training attended and completed
- Implement, facilitate and support classroom based training sessions
- Build strong relationships with, mentor and support new care professionals
- Develop initiatives and incentives to support carer retention

**Salary**: From £22,370.00 per year
