**Office Administrator**

The position we are offering is full time, on a permanent basis. This is located in Colchester, Essex.
- Mon-Fri
- 9am-5pm Daily (30 minute unpaid lunch)

Our company primarily deals business to business so duties will revolve around customer accounts by supporting, processing, liaising with customers as well as other various tasks.

**This may vary on a daily basis however this would typically include**:

- Processing customers orders in a quick and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Processing payments and shipping customer orders

**Qualities we would expect to see from potential applicants**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Sage50 or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience of shipping goods internationally is also preferable but not essential
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to evaluate and re-prioritize tasks based on urgency of completion

All applicants must be over the age of 18, and be able to successfully commute on a daily basis to work.

Please note this is an Office bases position, WFH is not possible for this position.
