Office Administration Essential Criteria

**Must be a driver**

Passionate about delivering high quality customer service in the care sector.

Able to work as a trusted team member under own initiative.

Empathetic yet business-like in approach to Clients and Support Workers.

Excellent verbal communications skills, including excellent telephone manner, confident to initiate and participate in difficult conversations with caregivers and clients.

Good written communication and organisational skills.

IT literate and good experience of Microsoft Office software.

Office Administrator Desirable Criteria

**Previous experience in the care industry is desirable and a willingness to jump in with the odd care visit when needed.**

Experience of using databases

Remuneration

Full time, 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Pension

Enrolment on NVQ/Diploma training

In house training provided, specific to role

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
