Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, answering the phone and booking transport.
- Manage office correspondence and communications with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining an organised office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and office layout.
- Handle clerical duties such as typing, copying, scanning documents, and other administrative tasks.
- Computerise data entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
