Rallysport Automotive are looking for someone to join our fantastic and friendly team. The role suits someone who is looking for part time hours, for example 9.30 to 2.30. The role will be varied and you will be required to help different departments in general office duties. Days required will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Customer relations and our reputation are extremely important to us, so one one that is friendly, compassionate and understanding is a must. A positive outlook and can do attitude.

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and organizing documents
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
