**Glover & Howe are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join us as an Office Administrator**

The job consists of being responsible for the assistance for clients on our Insurance Schemes. This includes discussing renewal quotations, making alterations, Telephone based customer service, general office administration when required by senior members of staff i.e filing, arranging paperwork, drink making.

This is a great opportunity for somebody to get into the Insurance Industry with a growing Business.

The Job Role is based in our Colchester office 9:30 to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch break. Working from home can occasionally happen when required by senior members of staff.

Job Role
- An opportunity to join a Niche Insurance Broking business
- Assist with a specialised Insurance product for one of the main competitors in the country.
- Build a great relationship with the team and our clients.
- Calling clients to assist with renewals, quotes and mid term changes
- Collecting payments over the telephone
- General administration
- General office duties such as trips to the bank and assisting with posting.
- Keeping team area tidy, i.e emptying bins.
