**Office Administrator**

The Office Administrator will be responsible for the overall operation of the office. The Office Administrator will be responsible for the overall office operation, including clerical support, answering phones, and other general office duties. The Office Administrator will also maintain a high level of accuracy in their duties and work to ensure that all office functions are running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to line managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate records using database systems.
- Assist with booking of deliveries and creating export paperwork.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain contact lists and database.
- Creating invoices and purchase orders through Xero.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to speak clearly and effectively on the phone or in person with customers and co-workers. Must be able to listen carefully to customer's needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives to help customers complete their transactions. Must have exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must
- Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work at multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining initiative and accuracy in completing tasks. This position requires an individual who is organised, detail oriented, has initiative and is comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
