We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the organization and to assist staff and customers for seamless business operations.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
- Providing general administrative assistance and support as needed.
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events
**Qualifications Include**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative support role
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong presentation skills and customer services knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to be flexible with tasks and assignments, pitching in as needed to meet the needs of the business.
- Authorization to work indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
