The Performance and Learning Specialist position is full-time and is primarily remote, with frequent scheduled visits to our UK/EU offices in Colchester, England, and locations throughout the European Union and possible global travel.

Reporting to the Manager, Performance and Learning, the Performance and Learning Specialist will take the lead role on a project team consisting of Learning Experience Designers, Learning Systems Administrator, and various internal stakeholders. This position will require you to lead projects from initial stakeholder consultation through to evaluation of business results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management and Consulting: collaborate with internal stakeholders, SME’s and your project team to lead performance development projects from beginning to end.
- Expert-level facilitation of instructor-led content in professional development and product knowledge.
- Design and implement learning engagement programs.
- Curate and deliver externally sourced learning content.
- Lead change management initiatives: utilize extensive knowledge of adult learning principles to drive behavioural change for internal and external learners.
- Learning Solution Design: design performance-based learning solutions that drive business results.
- Evaluate and Report: use best practices in evaluation of learning to measure learner performance against desired outcomes.
- 5+ years in a training/curriculum development role, with significant experience as an internal consultant.
- Experience developing technical training is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or Business is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- PMP Certification (or equivalent) is considered an asset.
- Additional European languages would be considered an asset.

- Demonstrated experience and ability in instructor-led facilitation.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Experience designing learning and change management strategies within a client facing environment.
- Expert-level needs analysis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
- Highly knowledgeable about SAAS and technology products.
