Business Travel Administrator Apprenticeship

This is a role that we hope will attract people looking to join our industry and progress into more senior roles.
The role is one of a team of Business Travel Administrators, that share the wider duties of the role, reporting into a Team Leader. They will also be supported by mentors from across the business, with expertise in specific areas.
Main duties and responsibilities;
- Answer and manage all incoming telephone calls and allocate as appropriate
- Logging all accommodation and travel requirements received by telephone and provide information on turnaround times
- Operate the chat box function on Inntel’s booking tool.
- Manage all company post
- Create client profiles and manage client databases
- Maintain venue databases
- Travel invoicing and manual invoicing
- Process VCC payments (virtual credit card) for bookings as required
- Import hotel rates into enquiries
- Support with any specific projects as required
- Support with general reviews and processing of spreadsheets
- Support with Audits, H&S and Compliance checks
- Support all client implementation plans as required
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to Inntel House.
- To accept and practice total quality commitment, to the mutual benefit of the company and its clients
- Assist in the training of new starters from other departments
- Any other tasks as required
**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
The apprentice will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard.
All delivered within the work place via online training and at Colchester Institute Campus.
