Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a Payroll and Pension Officer to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team, providing end-to-end payroll services to our employees. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, supporting employees with pay-related queries, and working closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.

We offer a generous package, including a salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, 27 days annual leave, and access to a range of NHS discounts. Our Staff Health and Wellbeing programme provides a variety of services to support your physical and mental health.

What We're Looking For
  • A GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • NVQ level 3 in administration/secretarial or equivalent
  • Advanced IT Systems including Microsoft Office
  • Experience working within a large Payroll Team
