Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Provide advice on all HR-related matters within the technology department.
  • Drive employee engagement and enhance the performance culture.
  • Oversee talent management and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR initiatives to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to support business growth.

The Successful Candidate

A successful Interim HRBP should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in a similar HRBP role within the financial/professional services sector supporting a large technology client group.
  • A deep understanding of HR practices and processes within a technology-oriented environment.
